We provide free educational content only. We do not sell physical products, digital products, subscriptions, or services. We only accept voluntary contributions to support free publishing. Classified under RBI Purpose Code P1109 – Educational, Cultural and Archival Services. No physical goods, no shipping, no 80G charity.
2. NO SHIPPING
No physical shipping involved. No IEC applicable.
3. CANCELLATION
You can cancel anytime before confirming payment on Razorpay checkout. Once authorized, it cannot be cancelled as it supports publishing costs.
4. REFUND POLICY
Contributions are non-refundable by default as no product is sold.
We WILL refund if:
a) Double-charged due to technical error
b) Paid by mistake and notified within 7 days
c) Bank shows failed but amount debited
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email [email protected] with: Name, Email used, Transaction ID, Reason. We reply within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method via Razorpay.
6. INTERNATIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Refunds for international cards are processed in the original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations/bank fees beyond our control.
